Oliver Tveter

Oliver became a restauranteur as quickly as you can say Pepparstek (pepper steak). With experience from the boat industry, he knew how to sell things with a smile, which he has brought with him while running Storgatan 19.

You will often find Oliver behind the bar where he mixes cocktails he loves and the goal of becoming one of Sweden's best bars is not unattainable, neither according to himself nor Emil Åreng, who has become a sort of mentor for Oliver.
