Who would have thought that you could go to Bengtsfors for a gastronomic food and drink experience?

Bengtsfors has now gotten its gem that we hope people will travel far to visit. We know we would have done it anyway. A restaurant we would gladly spend a cozy evening at, eating our way through the entire menu!

Tommy and Oliver Tveter dreamed of creating a gastronomic experience in Bengtsfors. With a passion for the good things in life, they contacted bartender Emil Åreng and chef Johan Eriksson. Emil is known for elevating Swedish spirits in the bar scene, and Johan is considered one of the country's most tasteful chefs.

Together, Johan and Emil have created an international vibe with Swedish ingredients and genuine service. Our bar has two sides - one completely Swedish and one with flavors from around the world. We also collaborate with local breweries and producers, which makes us extra proud of what we serve.

Our seasonal à la carte menu is created from scratch by our skilled chef, Johan Eriksson, who with great care uses almost exclusively Swedish, fresh ingredients and puts special focus on locally produced. 

This is our tribute to Dalsland. Now we have a meeting place that we can all be proud of.
